Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Comission is paid on cart items. Excluding shipping, tax or any other additional fees.

XPMTSHIRTS LLC has no control over what end users do with their cookies and are not responsible or liable in any way this.

XPMTSHIRTS LLC can modify the affiliate terms of service at any time including but not limited to changing the commision rate.

XPMTSHIRTS LLC will pay affiliate approximately 45 days after close of business on the last day of each month.

XPMTSHIRTS LLC does not pay commission on any items that are refunded for any reason.

XPMTSHIRTS LLC can remove an affilate from the program if it determined that the affilaite is spamming or otherwise miss using affiliate links in any way.

Affilaites may not put affililate links on any website or other that is related in any way to hate or any illegal activity.
